A visit to King George Sound and Oyster Harbour

20th January 1818

On this day, 20th January 1818, Allan Cunningham visits King George Sound and Oyster Harbour and stays there until 1st February 1818 while accompanying Phillip Parker King on his first Survey of coastal Australia aboard the HMS Mermaid.1
